Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of lookfashion.com and to every order you place through it. By using the site you accept them. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published on the date you place your order.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation email, and the contract between us is formed at that point. Until then we may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error is discovered.

You must be at least eighteen years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping, duties and taxes are shown before you confirm payment.

Payment is taken when the order is confirmed. If a payment fails or is reversed we may cancel the order and withhold dispatch.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fabric composition and measurements. Colours may appear differently between screens, and natural materials vary slightly between production runs. Such variation is not a fault.

You have thirty days from delivery to return unworn items with tags attached, which is more generous than the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period available to consumers in the EU. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Earrings and other pierced jewellery, and items marked final sale, cannot be returned unless faulty.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.

All content on this site, including photography, text, designs and the LOOK FASHION name and marks, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, nor for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Lisbon, and consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
