Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 15:00 on a business day are picked and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at the weekend, leave the following business day.

Standard delivery takes two to four business days within the EU and continental United States, and four to eight business days elsewhere. Express delivery arrives the next business day in the EU and continental US.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $200 and $25 below that threshold. Express shipping is a flat $44 regardless of order value.

Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout for most destinations and paid with the order, so there is nothing to settle with the carrier on delivery. For the remaining destinations the carrier may collect duties directly.

A tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse and is also available under My Orders. Tracking usually updates within four hours of dispatch.

You may return any unworn item with tags attached within thirty days of delivery. Returns are free from every country we ship to. Start a return from My Orders and print the prepaid label, or request a collection at no extra cost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel arriving at our warehouse. Shipping paid on the original order is refunded only when the whole order is returned.

Choose exchange rather than refund when you start the return and we will hold the replacement size for ten days. If the size you want sells out in the meantime we issue a refund instead and let you know.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within thirty days with a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including any shipping costs, and there is no need to use the standard returns process.
