2. What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number and order history. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our systems.
When you browse the site we collect device and usage information through cookies, including pages viewed and items added to the cart, so that the basket and preferences work as expected.
3. Why we use it
To fulfil and deliver orders, handle returns and provide customer support, which is necessary to perform our contract with you.
To send marketing email where you have asked for it, and to measure how the site is used so we can improve it. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time from the link in any email or in your account preferences.
5. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for ten years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Account data is kept until you delete the account. Marketing consent records are kept for three years after your last interaction.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to privacy@lookfashion.com and we will respond within thirty days.
You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD, or to the authority in your own country.
7. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember your basket. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only with your consent, which you can change at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
